Josh Santa-Barbara has been in the financial services industry since 1992. He started with one of Canada's largest life insurance companies as an agent and financial advisor and holds his Level II insurance and mutual funds license. Josh looks forward to creating an investment plan that will help you fulfill your financial goals by providing personalized investment planning and expert advice on life insurance, disability insurance and critical illness protection. Josh utilizes the Bick Financial team approach, drawing on technology as well as range and depth of experience to benefit his clients.

Josh has been voted "Best Financial Planner" by readers of the Flamborough Review in 2006 and 2007. He lives in Troy with his wife and two children, where he enjoys raising Texas Longhorn cattle as a hobby. He is active in the community, currently a member of the Hamilton Police Auxiliary Unit and has served as president of the Ancaster Rotary Club.

In January 2008, Josh established Bick Financial's eighth branch office in Waterdown, Ontario.



Annette Perrier has been in the financial services industry since 1981 and is a licensed mutual funds representative. She joined Josh's team at Bick Financial in 1999, bringing with her years of expertise and a keen focus on customer service. Annette is responsible for the day-to-day administration of client accounts as well as providing support to our clients. She works closely with Josh to communicate account status and to ensure client questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

Kim Sytsma-Hill plays a key role in your financial planning team. She graduated from Mohawk College in 1999 with a 2 year diploma in General Business. Kim joined Bick Financial in 1994 and over the years has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and diverse experience in all areas of client and account management. Kim's genuine concern for each client's well-being shows itself repeatedly in her care and attention to detail. Our clients also benefit from her strong work ethic and effective problem solving capabilities. Kim lives in Caledonia with her husband and 2 sons, where she is actively involved in her church and community.
